Partial delivery is not allowed.

Order Processing:  
All orders are processed within 1 business day from the order date.

Shipping Time:  
Delivery takes 1 to 3 business days.

We ship via flextock for fast and secure delivery.

Shipping Fees:  
- Standard shipping fee: EGP 85.  
- Free shipping for orders over EGP 1000.

Delivery Days:  
We deliver on business days only — from Saturday to Thursday.

Order Follow-up:  
Our team will follow up with you to confirm the order details and sizing to ensure your items arrive just right from the first time.

Package Inspection Option:  
If you're concerned due to previous delivery experiences, you can ask the courier to inspect the package before confirming receipt. Your order will be automatically approved on our side.

Size Try-on Not Available:  
Trying on sizes upon delivery is not available.  
If you face any issue with the size or item, please contact us via WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving your order to request an exchange or return.
